Toddler Classroom
In the Toddler room we begin focusing on independence. The children are encouraged to follow routine directions and get more used to doing like activities each day. The Toddler room staff is excellent in promoting self-soothing and helping the children participate in group activities. As your child matures emotionally and physically, we increase our emphasis on potty training. The Toddler room teachers are excellent in implementing activities based on the needs and wants of the children in the classroom. The goal of the Toddler room is to help children grow in ways that prepare them for Preschool. Your child will work more on colors along with recognizing and identifying shapes by their names. They will also continue counting in both English and Spanish. Being able to recognize their own name will also become important as the child matures in the Toddler room. The Toddler room does a variety of gross motor activities to promote their physical growth and overall balance as they continue to advance. The Toddler room has very loving, caring, supportive, and encouraging teachers that will assure you that your child is in the absolute best hands for this age!
Meet Miss Bri C.
Hello! I’ll introduce myself! I’m Bri Crowell and I am the Toddler Room Lead Teacher. I started at Home Again in October 2020 as a teaching assistant and that is when my love for working with children was ignited. I absolutely LOVE developing unique relationships with all of my students and their parents. I also love staying in the loop with your lives and celebrating alongside you. Thank you for allowing me to love on your littles like my own. When I’m not working I am seeking new adventures with my daughter Gemma, cuddled with a good book, enjoying the outdoors, spending time with my husband or cooking/baking.
My favorite part about being at Home Again is the family we create. We learn together, grow together, and laugh together. Watching our children discover their own little personalities is amazing to see. There is no better place to be than our toddler tribe!
